We have assigned each item on this website a unique product code to help you place your order.

The simplest way to order is by using the contact form and advising us of the product(s) you
wish to purchase. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly. We will
respond by email within 72 hours with the total purchase price including shipping.

When we confirm your order, we will also send you a PAYPAL invite which you can settle by a
transfer from your own account or by credit card. If you have not used PAYPAL before, don't
worry, full details of how to use this method of transferring funds will be sent to you.

We can accept telephone orders, and will be happy to accept cheques in settlement. Please be aware
that it will take us ten days to process cheque orders, and we prefer settlement by PAYPAL.

We are unable to accept orders with delayed payment terms.
